Estadio Gana Reaches 87,523 Registered Users and Reports US$2 Million in Q3 2026 GGR
The online sportsbook and casino platform reported significant growth across its key operating metrics, with September marking its strongest month to date.

October 13, 2026. Gana Media Group plc, owner and operator of Estadio Gana, has released a trading update for the third quarter of 2026, ended September 30. According to the company, all key operating metrics recorded significant growth compared with the previous quarter. The figures presented are unaudited.

Just six months after launch, Estadio Gana reports an expanding user base, improved conversion from registrations to first-time deposits, and growth in gross gaming revenue (GGR).

Q3 operating highlights

As of October 13, 2026, Estadio Gana had 87,523 registered players. The platform recorded 58,770 registrations during Q3, up 176% from 21,296 in Q2.

  • First-time depositors: 9,681 in Q3, compared with 852 in Q2, an increase of approximately 11.4 times.
  • First-time depositor conversion: the rate increased from 4.0% in Q2 to 16.5% in Q3. It reached 23.9% in September and 26.6% in October to date.
  • Aggregate monthly active users: 28,688 in Q3, compared with 3,086 in Q2. September alone recorded 9,038 active players.
  • Betting turnover: MXN 170.6 million, compared with MXN 35.8 million in the previous quarter, an increase of 376%.
  • Gross gaming revenue (GGR): MXN 34.6 million, equivalent to approximately US$2 million, compared with MXN 2.5 million in Q2.

GGR margin on betting turnover increased from 6.9% in Q2 to 20.3% in Q3.

September sets a new revenue record

September was Estadio Gana’s strongest month to date, with GGR of MXN 19.3 million, equivalent to approximately US$1.1 million. This represented more than half of the quarter’s total GGR.

Gross gaming revenue increased month by month throughout the quarter: MXN 3.4 million in July, MXN 11.9 million in August, and MXN 19.3 million in September.

According to the company, this performance reflects improvements in payment methods, user onboarding processes, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, alongside a greater contribution from casino products and pre-match and in-play sports betting markets.

Gana Media Group also noted that September’s performance came two months after the FIFA World Cup final, which, according to the company, shows that growth was not driven solely by the tournament’s momentum.

Q4 outlook

Estadio Gana enters Q4 with 87,523 registered users and a monthly GGR run-rate above US$1 million, according to the reported results.

The company identifies the closing stages of the Liga MX Apertura tournament, the European club season, and the NFL regular season as relevant drivers for the remainder of the year. These competitions attract strong interest among Mexican fans.

Its priorities for the coming months include maintaining efficient user acquisition, deepening engagement among recently acquired players, and continuing to improve GGR margin through product and content localization.

The company stated that trading during the first weeks of October has remained in line with these priorities.

Mark Epstein: “September shows that players have stayed”

Mark Epstein, Chief Executive Officer of Gana Media Group plc, highlighted the growth achieved during Estadio Gana’s first six months of operation.

“Six months ago Estadio Gana was a launch. Today it is a business with 87,523 registered players, record monthly revenue, and a conversion rate that has quadrupled since the summer.

We set out to build the sportsbook Mexico actually wants, in its own language, with its own payment methods and around its own calendar, and the numbers in this update are the market’s answer.

The World Cup brought Mexico’s players to us. September, our best month yet and two months after the final whistle, shows they have stayed. With a player base the size of the stadium that opened the tournament, we have never been better positioned.”
